I started a blog to apply to be a blogging bee. It’s all good, I’ve been rejected twice but I haven’t lost hope.
Anyway, I’ve been trying to keep my blog under wraps from family and friends, aside from a few people who read it to give me feedback.
My sister posted a link to it today on her facebook and tagged me in the post! OH CRAP! I do want my guests to be surprised about a few things at the wedding. I quickly deleted it off my wall. But I’m affraid the damage is done. Suddenly my counter jumped to 51 views.
I know that if I became a blogging bee, my stuff would be on here for the world to see, but not many people I know are hive members, where as everyone I know is a FB user (even my grandma).

Could you post things you want guests to be surprised for under a jump cut? I’ve never hidden my wedding blog, haven’t really advertised it either but I know some guests read it. For things like save the dates, favours, etc., I post them with a warning to not look further if they want to be surprised.

@moosey: That is a great idea. Thank you!

@knvprincess143: No prob! I know it won’t help with the damage already done but maybe it’ll save a few surprises for other people. 🙂
I have a wedding blog and a personal blog and my life is pretty much splashed all over the internet and I still feel weird when my worlds collide and someone mentions my blog in real life, so I know how you feel.
