I'm sure they would be fine for OOT bags. Your guests will be able to use them for beachbags too, so that will be a double use.
Very pretty! You know what I thought of, when I read that your wedding was in Hawaii, using Japanese wrapped parcels somehow, in Hawaiian print fabric. Might be less expensive than separate bags if you can find the fabric cheaply.
