Most of my guests are staying at the same all inclusive as we are, although some have chosen to stay at a different (but still all inclusive) resort
i cant decide what to put in the OOT bags. often people suggest snacks/bottles of water…but since these will be widely available for free at the hotel im not sure about that
i was thinking – itinerary for wedding and contact info. maybe something traditional from england (where im from) or fis hometown (small place in london)

@newname_99: Our wedding is in Mexico, all inclusive resort too. This is what we’re putting in our:
- Do not disturb hangers (i’ll be DIYing these)
- bandaids (for girls shoes)
- maps of the resort and area around
- brochure of the area for shopping etc
- specialty tea (by FI loves tea)
- specialty local cookies (i love cookies 🙂 )
I think tea would be cute since youre from england..
ETA: We’re also doing door hangars that will say “You can find me at _________”
Some people may not be able to use thier phones so people can leave these on thier doors and if someone goes to thier room to look for them they’ll know to go to the bar, pool or restaurant etc.

We’re not doing OOT bags at all due to the impracticality and price of them.
With AI resorts, they pretty much have everything you need provided in room or at the front dest. We will be however working with the resort to ensure there is a personalized welcome letter (with our room infor) and plate of goodies in each room (we had chocolate strawberries in our room when we visited the first time, and I’d love to replecate that).
For the resort we chose, this actually worked out to much less then putting together a bag of stuff that most travellers come already prepared with. Plus it ads a bit of class/romance to their arrival.

@musicalrose: actually that could be a good alternative. i feel like they could be expensive for 50 people but id like to have a letter or something. im running out of time to think about this!!
