We just dropped them off at the checkin desk of our hotel. They handed them out to each guest as they checked in, super easy.
Thats a great idea! Just afraid they will dig in and take something or the wrong person will get wrong bag. If i do that I might have to put thier names on it with a tag.
Ya I know they say some hotels charge for that god I hope not in my case.hmmm
Those are going to be cute. You HAVE to include those chocolate cions in the bags!!! You could always have a welcome party at one of the restaraunts/ buffets on the strip and pass them out there.
check with the hotel, most charge a porter charge to deliver them for you. if you have a rooming block, you can request a rooming list from your sales manager in charge your block for it. personally, hunting down guests in a huge hotel with a crapload of bags is not how i would be wanting to spend the day (or days) beofre my wedding!

@clairedarling ... you have a point there. I thought some will be at dinner rehearsal and the rest of the guests who come early I ll ask the desk or call them on there phone and say I have a surprise for you where is your room? wink wink
@countess... thats cute . Mine was wierd but it will do. I shall post some more stuff on here soon. too much crafts goin on at once.

I am doing out of town bags. All the guests plus me and my fiance are going to be in Vegas. So I shall be doing lil baggies and than when I arrive to hotel In my room I will put them together and hopefully get a list of rooms where guests shall be staying and leave the bag there. Not sure how that will work. If you have any other suggestions? I would love more ideas. I will post a Pic of my bag hopefully you can see. I have a whole lotta goodies to fill them with. I still need to work on a "schedule sheet" and a "thank you note" .
