Here's one of the blogger bees talking about her OOT bags. Here's a template you can use for the letter to accompany the bags. Just copy the stuff on the right if you can't make the whole brochure. Oh, and check the DIY section. It's very helpful.
What about picking up some free maps/guides from the tourist attractions in downtown?
For our bag...I bought my bags from papermart.com except for a few - I bought special people like my sister Washington DC totes from TheKnot.com. I got copies of everything from the DC tourist agency near gallery place - maps, metro maps, visitor guides. I bought "tags" from Paper Source and printed them with a welcome note and the guests names.
I included a lot of local food, and food from Philly where we were both raised. I got chocolate coins from the Pentagon chocolate shop, caramel cremes (made in baltimore), old bay chips from Route 11 (made in VA).
For local info, I loaded tons in to the web site...where to eat around the hotel, tourist attractions, and info on how to get from airports/train station to our hotel and stuff like that.

Hey Ladies,
I want to put together an OOT bag because a very large portion of family will be traveling in from across the country. I'm all about saving both time and money, and I don't want to reinvent the wheel if on of you lovely ladies has already created a brochure.
Anyone willing to share what they have already made? Or at least a template? Thanks.
