There is probably an easier (more automated) way, but for your OOT guests who respond that they will attend, I would go ahead and call them to get the information on hotel and arrival. It will be a nice opportunity to tell them how glad you are that they can attend.
I'm planning to put on mine something to the effect of "We will be staying at (accomodation)________________ from (arrival date)________ to (departure date) ___________"
My cousin did this and said it was a breeze and most people already knew where they were staying. If not a quick call and she filled in the rest later.
Oh I know what you are talking about! I will look too, see if I can find it :-)
Mrs. Lemon had a great one:

Sweeney2be had a cool one as well:

Mine was only great because of the inspiration of Mrs Lemon!
I can't find what I was looking for RojoOso - I'm sorry - but I do know what you were talking about!
If you need any help making it up, let me know I'm happy to lend my graphic skills to you!!!

I can't find the post that had the RSVP with OOT guest info. How do you know when they are arriving & where they are staying? Semi-related question. Gable Boxes or Totes? I'm trying to keep my FMIL busy with Crafts.
