    hi ladies,

so my wedding has finally come and gone.  i am suffering from a little post wedding depression.  all those months of planning, stressing, etc and now nothing to do except those thank you notes... : )

anyway need some opinions.  throughout the planning process with my venue, i felt that the catering director was a snob, not responsive and sometimes unaccommodating.  i was not the only person who felt this way.  my florist, doc and husband (wow i can finally say that) felt the same way.  should i put in a call to the general manager to let them know how we were treated?  i am not looking for anything.  i just want to give them feedback so that the next bride who chooses this venue is not made to feel this way as well.

when i originally selected the venue and put down the deposit, she was nice but after it just became me chasing after her on things.

thanks in advance for your opinions...

I'm never one to hold complaints back. Definately state your case to the manager. There's no excuse for being rude and not responding. Especially since you're doing it for the good of future brides. Good Luck.

It seems to me that you have not only thought this over but have also received feedback from others that feel as you do about this situation. You should absolutely give the general manager a heads up about the situation. You'll not only be providing the information to the manager but also doing your part to ensure that other brides don't have the same experience!

I think it's a much nicer thing to do than leave a flaming review on a wedding review site. That way the general manager and address the problem. Otherwise how would he or she know about it?

My venue did a follow up survey with me a few weeks after the wedding maybe yours will do the same.

I would definately give them a call they need to know that this person is not representing their company well.
