I am in loooooove with this dress, and I want to get some opinions. I am just wondering if I have “bridal tinted” glass on. Lay it on me!
Oh yeah, I am getting married outdoors, at Paris hotel in vegas. I am wearing a french-netted birdcage veil short lace gloves, and white Loubies on my feet. My colors are black, white, and red, with an interweaving of lace.
Lay it on me Bees!

Personally, it’s not for me. But we all have different personalities. If you dress a little unconventionally (or just always wanted to really be unique on your wedding day), I’m sure this dress would be great for you. Great idea with the birdcade veil and short loves.

i love it, its the right amount of classic and original (i could be biased though, because its similar to my dress, but i didnt have as much of a collar haha)

I can see it working with everything else you mentioned. Definitely not a dress I could pull off but if you love it, go for it!

Personally I wouldn’t wear it. I think it’s a difficult dress for most to pull off, but if you love it, I say go for it!

I love it, but I’d love it better if the bow could be hanging long and straight. (not a fan of bows). Sounds like a great look altogether!

It’s wonderfully chic and a birdcage veil would give it a Parisian flair. I’ve been to the Paris in Vegas and think it would photograph beautifully at your venue 🙂

Wow. I love it, but I could never wear it. It sounds like it would go SO WELL with everything you have chosen! Just make sure you don’t regret not getting a more “traditional” dress – and I only say that because you mentioned the “bridal tinted glasses.” If you’re 100% sold on it, go for it!

If you are quite tall and thin I say go for it. I think it will work. If you are short like me, I think it would be harder to pull off.

I say, it’s your day, wear what the heck you want…if you like, I love it!! Plus, it looks very fashion forward…. Good luck!!

@Willow1991: I agree completely. I’m 5’2″ and it would probably make me look stubby and shorter but honestly all mermaids did that to me. It’s a pretty dress and definitely unusual but if you love it and can pull it off, go for it!

I think for your setting, it would be stunning. It’s a bit edgier and more high-fashion (in my opinion) with a bit of French inspiration.

Not a fan. I don’t even like it on the model! But if its for you, then rock it!

I adore this dress, but you should definitely try it on. It probably looks different on different body types.
