@tkdtkdtkd: Do you have photos of you in the dresses?
That would help us advise you.
Somehow I voted for the wrong one. I MEANT to vote for the one I assume is Pronovius...the flowy chiffon one that isn't the Jcrew...Jcrew would be my next choice...but that might just be my personal taste. I don't generally care for pick-ups.
I'm not sure which one it is, but I think the first one would be perfect and it looks so good on you :)
I voted for the one in the first picture which I assumed was the Pronovias....
I love, love, love the second and third ones. The second is a bit dressier, the third is a bit whimsical. Both are so, so beautiful on you! I'd say you couldn't go wrong with either one.
By the way, your wedding sounds like what my wedding is going to be like, too! Yay for daytime, backyard weddings and southern barbecue! : ) I'm wearing a simple dress from The Limited:
I like all of them except the Mikaella because I'm not a fan of pick up skirts. And I think it's a too fancy for a daytime backyard wedding.
Of the 3 I actually like the BCBG one the best. I think it's the most flattering, it's a little unique and it's definitely bridal imo.
I voted for the 3rd picture but I'm biased b/c it's similar to my dress AND I am getting married outside as well.

I think they all look fantastic and would be all be perfect. But for a daytime wedding, I'm partial to the first and last ones.
If you're having vintage touches, the last one for sure.
I like the J. Crew the best.
I like the fit of #2 the best but I really don't care for the pickups in the skirt.

I think you look fabulous in all of them and they would all work for your backyard wedding except #2. I honestly dont like the dress. I voted #3 its my fav! good luck!
I LOVE the J Crew dress!!! (I was a J Crew bride, so I am also partial!) It's so romantic!
I really like the Pronovias on you and a close runner up is the JCrew dress.

I bet the guys all like the Mikaella because it's the most bridal-looking. But I'm in love with the Jcrew dress with that necklace. I normally don't care for the Crew's wedding gowns, but you really wear this one beautifully.

@tkdtkdtkd: I actually don't care too much for the first 2 dresses from the salon. I love both the J Crew and the BCBG in their own rights - the J Crew with the chunky necklace speaks to me as a first instinct, but the BCBG is beautiful and elegant.
We are having an outdoors wedding and a lot of the dresses I have looked at are "fancier" than the venue.. but to me it's all about what you want and how you want to feel on your big day... if I wanted a big huge dress just to get married with no one around then that is what I would do. That being said I love the dress with the pickups.
When first reading this I thought I would for sure love the Mikaella best since I am a little biased (my dress is a Mikaella). However, out of these 4 it is my least favorite. I just absolutely LOVE #3 on you! I think it looks fantastic and is perfect for your outdoor wedding.
I voted for the first one, but I think the third one is a close second. The second one also looks great on you and would be a fine choice. I'm really not a fan of the fourth one though.
J. Crew for sure! #1 is also pretty, but I think the J. Crew one is a little more unique, and I love the necklace with it!
I love the BCBG tiered dress! I think it is perfect for a backyard wedding, but still bridal because of the lace and top! Love it!
I like the JCrew! It's adorable! And you could make/find a cute flower pin to accent the waist.
thanks to everyone for their opinions! it's so interesting to see what everyone thinks - other brides/brides-to-be vs. men vs. my friends and family. i thought the jcrew dress was so unflattering, but everyone here seems to like the style. i just wish i had a better sense of how it'll look after alterations.
my wedding is just two months away though, so i must choose!! i'm also having a second reception overseas three weeks after this wedding, and feel even more stressed to find something that i absolutely love. i really don't want to pay for two dresses!

Thanks everyone! I decided to keep on looking! I'm sure there are some dresses out there that I will absolutely adore and will hopefully decide on immediately. I hope that I find it this week. I booked the tent and linens rentals, caterer, officiant, and photographer in one week - why am I getting so caught up about a dress?
