So I’ve gone back to the drawing board and tried to find better looking (but within my budget silk flowers) Unfortunately I couldn’t get the ones that I really loved. I have posted pics of what I’m trying to do now. (Very similar to my first post but revised). I have added Diamond Wrap to the cylinder vase (which will be covered entirely). I have also added silk roses to the arrangement. What could make these better? I will of course have an actual table number but folded like the one that I have on the mock up. I also am substituting the pink T-shirt (lol…hey I’m improvising) with bunched tulle and the flower petals amongst the table with silk rose petals. What centerpieces look nice? or do you like all 3 mixed? I have now decided that I am going to use Round Tables which seat 8 so my kitchen island should be about the same size (although rectangular) I tried to do mercury glass on some of the candle holders but I’m not that moved by them. What do you think?

@Courtz87: I’m not sure if I’m in love with the light up vase, it kind of reminds me of being in a nightclub. What is the theme of your wedding? You can definately do some tall and some short centerpieces mixed together, I think that would look nice. I would love to see something more natural looking like sola wood flowers. What kind of flowers are you having in your bouqet? Are you doing silk as well?

I like the shorter vases the best. The sparkle on the tall ones overwhelms me (although, that could be a good thing if that’s what you’re going for)! The ones with the hot pink things seem more rave-ish and the diamondy ones seem more formal wedding-ish, so it depends on what you’re going for, in my opinion. The fabric is pretty, but the mirror makes the candles glow even more. If your wedding is at night, I’d definietly go with mirrors. If it’s during the day, maybe fabric or some of each. Good luck!

I think they look great! I also really like the look of the diamond vases without the LED light inside! I feel that it takes away from the sparkles of the stones! Great job!

@Mrs. Doily: + 1. I love the second to last picture (I don’t love the LEDs inside the vase).
