I love the mismatched look, even if you can tell they are different. I think they look great together! Not to mention that I will always vote for sentiment over anything else, and it sounds like the ring has a lot of meaning to you. I say it’s a winning combo!

I also love the mixed metals look (I have a white gold ering and wband with a rose gold spacer that I wear between them sometimes) and you’re right, those rings look perfect together! I say go for it.

My rings are mismatched and I love it that way!  My e-ring is white gold, but I decided I loved rose gold when we picked my band.

I live mismatched. My ering is platinum and we ordered matching gold bands for wedding rings. I love that it also has sentimental value to you!

My set is similar to MrsJenBee but I have a princess solitaire instead of a round (sorry I can’t post it since I’m at work).

I love that your band has sentimental value and I think it looks great with your e-ring!

@cmonroe5:  I think they look great together! You can always get your wedding band dipped in white gold if you really wanted them to match perfectly.

@cmonroe5:  Sure can 🙂 Just google ‘change yellow gold to white gold’ and there’s a bunch of information and links about it.

I love the idea of wearing a wedding band with history! My rings are both platinum, but have mismatched designs (one is vintage, one is new).

@cmonroe5:  Sure! It’s really hard to tell it’s true color pictures and it’s 18kt RG so it’s a bit more of a buttery pink than a really bright pink RG but here you go!
