I'm no expert, but I would say a birdcage veil would look fantastic with your dress (which is beautiful btw!)

Thank you ladies! At first I hesitant about the whole birdcage veil, but I am falling more and more in love with the look. Plus it's so easy to wear with short hair! FUN!

I am at a loss. And since I am constantly googling wedding-related questions that lead me to this site, I thought I'd finally register and post a question of my own. I just do not know what kind of veil to wear with my dress! It's the Dessy 1019 dress from their "After Six" collection. The dress has a fitted sillouette, the material is lacey. It has lovely straps and a pretty low back. Here's some pics:
