I am having trouble seeing the height differences of each, but I prefer the overall shape of the taller arrangement.

msfreemis:  I had manzanita branches for my wedding, but I don’t seem to have a pic of them. I like the way they look on the first photo.

Hmmm……They both look really fun!  I’d probably change it up, do 1/2 branches and half votives instead of all branches.  Have you thought about attaching flower buds on yours?  My friend the same branches, painted them white, and attached pink carnations to make them look like cherry blossom trees.

Maybe you could add some?  My friend got her flowers and branches at http://www.flowermoxie.com and got the sandblasted kind, it was easier to paint.

    Good luck!

Tall.  I used manzanita branches for my centerpieces.  I wrapped bling around a square glass vase to hide what was stabalizing the branches and put floral foam on the inside and stuffed the bottom with roses and carnations and put some carnations in the branches.  I also hung some crystals from the branches.
