Love it all, a minor suggestion, a touch of lilac/lavender would really add a French feel. Even a periwinkle color.

@KatyElle: I agree. I wasn’t really feeling French here. I think your first theme goes great with this. Maybe some purples/liliacs/ lace gloves/parasols ect will add to the Victorian theme.

You could even just accent your own dress/accessories (shoes, hair, jewelry) to set you apart.

Growing up my mother (who loves all things French) always had woven baskets full of lavender in the house. Lavender is very classic French country.

Little touches like marzipan and petit fours, tapered candles, toile du jour place cards… all those things would tie your theme together and won’t break the bank or require upheaval of what you have already.
