I think it looks very bridal. I’d just be careful that the slit isn’t too high

Beckyjaa:  I think it’s beautiful, but I would line the peekaboo side part and part of the bodice with some nude fabric if it isn’t already(hard to tell from the pic).

I like it, if I had the figure for it then I would leave it as is. My family aren’t a conservative bunch so they’d be cool with it- if yours wouldn’t be you could get it lined like the ladies above have suggested.

don’t worry about it not being bridal enough, once you have your veil/ accessories and boquet im sure you’ll feel 1000% a bride x

Yes! Omg yes!!! Definitly go with that dress.

I agr have looked at white prom dresses before. I won’t lie they are so beautifully made and all unde 1000$. I personally refuse to spend over $1,000 on a dress I will only wear for a day. I rather have an awesome venue instead! Saving up for an aquarium venue!!

Beckyjaa:  I think you could have the slit altered to be a bit more modest. It is already a backless gown essentially. That makes it sexy enough I think. It is also fun because you will be able to get AWESOME shoes and actually show them off. It also looks like you will be able to dance in it no problem.

That is show stopping gown for sure. If you have the body for it, I say go on and rock the hell out of it! Be sure to post pics when you get it.

Although I like the lace detailing I personally don’t care for this dress from a modesty perspective but if you love it go for it. I’d line the dress bottom. I will be honest most of todays dresses I am not a fan of from a modesty stand point.

I think it’s gorgeous!  Add a cathedral length veil & it’s very bridal!

I looked at prom gowns and at bridesmaids gowns when I was shopping for my wedding gown! I definitely think this dress is bridal enough. It’s a little sexy for my, personal, taste, but then again, so are many bridal gowns! If you like it, then I say rock it!

Beckyjaa:  Oh my God that really sucks!! Do you think there’s another prom or evening gown you will like just as much? What are the qualities you liked in that one? I know you’ve seen my post on prom gowns, is there anything in there that could point you in the direction of maybe a different designer or something else you might like?
