Sounds yummy. I like almost everything listed there and BBQ and beef and skewers and baked potatoes I think are sufficiently ‘woodsy’ style without being camp food.

That includes service as well? The ‘passers’ for the hors d’oeurves and all staff at the buffets with all the dishes needed for the buffet? I assume so, but it’s the only thing I can think of that you didn’t list.

Why do I always read these when I’m hungry?! It sounds amazing! Are you going to have a bread basket or anything on the table? I’ve found with buffet style it sometimes takes a while to get all the tables up to the buffet, so having a little something to nibble on at the table would be nice for your guests. Are you having dessert at all?

@STBSchmidt: Yeah, you are getting a steal of a deal. My friend has been quoted 37 dollars a head from most caterers and she isn’t getting nearly as much as you.
