I’m obsessed with asscher cuts and gemstones lately..not great for my poor wallet!! I am thinking of getting this 3 stone ring as well.. opinions on this ring? seller listed it as asscher cut very high quality CZ (1.25carat equiv in size with 0.5ct lab created emeralds or rubies) in sterling silver For $110. Is it a reasonable price? I cant decide the colour of the sidestones too..help? Thanks!

I just showed this post to my fiance who is a jeweler and he said that you won’t be able to find a lower price than that for the specs you are saying.
And I like the rubies

I think that’s a good price, I love that style! I think rubies would look amazing.
I have a sort of similar ring, mine was like $90 or so, it was purchased a little while ago though.

@ariaK: I too, love asscher cut. In fact, I really want one for a RHR. That ring you posted is close to perfection as far as I’m concerned.
I’m an emerald girl myself, but I don’t think you can go wrong with either. I’d maybe investigate which stones are more durable(I think its rubies, but I/m not sure), and let that help you decide.
What ever you choose, be sure to post a pick when you get it!

I love asschers (I own one, in fact), but I think step cut side stones would match the ring better. Do the lab stones have to be round?

@beanowl: Yeah..The seller did not have stepcut or trillion sides unfortunately, and i couldnt find anything with comparable value and quality.

@ariaK: Beautiful ring. Mine has ruby sidestones, so rubies get my vote!

Another vote for RUBIES! Either way, I hope you love it!
