    I just showed this post to my fiance who is a jeweler and he said that you won’t be able to find a lower price than that for the specs you are saying.

    And I like the rubies

    I think that’s a good price, I love that style! I think rubies would look amazing. 

    I have a sort of similar ring, mine was like $90 or so, it was purchased a little while ago though.

    @ariaK:  I too, love asscher cut. In fact, I really want one for a RHR. That ring you posted is close to perfection as far as I’m concerned.


    I’m an emerald girl myself, but I don’t think you can go wrong with either. I’d maybe investigate which stones are more durable(I think its rubies, but I/m not sure), and let that help you decide.

    I love asschers (I own one, in fact), but I think step cut side stones would match the ring better. Do the lab stones have to be round?
