It really does look lovely on you, but only you know... How does it feel to you?
ps a majority of todays dresses will look outdated or with the trend of a time past, very few dresses stand the test of time and even those look like that time period but are just still accepted as beautiful. Wear whatever your feel your best in no matter what the dress looks like!
I think you look great in it, but if you're not totally happy, keep looking! Only you can tell if it's the One. If you keep going back to it after looking at other dresses, then it's probably the one.
it is trendy but you look gorgeous in it! :) If you feel happy and can picture walking down the aisle to your man in it, then get it! :)
I love the top!! What is the style number? I think it would be better to see different pictures to get the real feel of the dress.
I think you should think about it and if you cant get it out of your head then you should buy it. You don't want to regret your purchase!
I think it is very pretty, but super trendy right now. But if you love it, go for it!
If you don't love it, keep looking. You can always go back to this dress. I have to say that I actually do love the dress and I think it is very flattering on you but if you are going to keep thinking it's too trendy, you will end up having dress regret.
It looks incredible on you! I love it, but if you aren't happy and in love with it then definitely keep looking.
It looks absolutely gorgeous on you, but I do agree it's the in-look right now.
However, no matter how "timeless" a dress you chose, it'll look dated two decades from now. Embrace it, if you love the dress!
you look gorgeous and though it definitely has a style that is trendy whose to say that is so bad? it's chic and it's different than many dresses, and really what's wrong with people seeing your photos in 30 years and knowing your era? i think it is very romantic-it looks absolutely divine on you!
Generally I don't like that style dress but it looks fantastic on you!!
I think it looks amazing on your figure. Do you love it? Did you hate to take it off?
I tried that one on too! It's such gorgeous dress! My main hesitation was with the feathers at the top of the bodice. I thought they were fun & whimsical but my bridesmaids weren't so positive. That being said, you look absolutely beautiful in the dress & it's super flattering!! I would suggest trying a few more on in that silhouette & if you still can't stop thinking of the Benicarlo, then you'll have your answer!
I tried this one on and I loved the bottom and the feathers but I felt like the dropped waist doesn't work well with the style. I ended up getting the Pronovias Bengala, have you tried it on? I'd recommend checking it out just to compare. Picture posted here:
You could wear anything and look good- this dress is lovely, but I somehow feel you could do better.
yes , thats the one but only if it makes you feel that way, a wedding dress makes you go wow this is it .... i just adore it on you
Yeah I wouldnt listen to anything remotely negative.. I think it is a gorgeous gorgeous dress and you certainly have th body to pull it off!
I personally think you lovely in your dress. But what really matters is what YOU think, and how you feel wearing it. The rest will shine thru! :)
This happens to be my dress as well!!
When I began my search for the dress I was certain that I wanted a traditional dress - lace, ballgown, buttons on the back, maybe a little sparkle but a classic dress that would still be in style 20 years from now. Every time I went into a store I swore I wanted nothing to do with any dress that had feathers or ruffles...my exact words.
My consultant brought the benicarlo in for me to try because of the dropped waist. I saw it on the hanger and actually told her absolutely not and I didnt like it. My mom prodded at me to try it on anyway so I did.
I came out ready to hate the dress but when I looked up I love love loved it!!! My response was something along the lines of "oh shit, I like ruffles and feathers" lol.
I tried on about ten dresses in a few stores after I had tried the benicarlo, still trying to find a traditional lace gown but there was no dress that compared to the Benicarlo and nothing that came close to making me feel as special as it did. I tried it on for a second time and I knew it was the right choice despite my attempt to fight it!
If you love it, go for it. I happen to think it is beautiful and perfect and looks absolutely amazing on you!!!!!!

I think it looks amazing on you- but if you're hesitant? Then maybe it's not THE dress.
