All tests look negative to me. You took them in the am and pm so I don’t think you missed your surge. Unfortunately CM/ovulation pain alone are not very good ovulation predictors. I would suggest temping but I think you mentioned before that that doesn’t work for you. I would call your clinic and ask if they want you to go in for testing even though you may not have ovulated (yet?). You said you are on Clomid. Are you doing an unmonitored cycle? I would also keep BD every 2-3 days – just to be sure. Good luck!

Hmmm yea I’d have to say that none of those look like a positive to me either. What brand are they? They seem to bleed color a lot and they’re kind of difficult to read. Have you tried the Wondfos? I have them and I find them easy to use and decipher.

I would definitely try temping. It really helps.

EDIT: I must have missed somewhere that you mentioned temping doesn’t work for you. I wish I had better advice, but I’ve never taken Clomid so I can’t really speak to that. I DO use OPKs, so I can say that none look positive to me, but that’s about it.

@Yellow.Clover:  Snag some Wonfos on Amazon. They’re super cheap to buy in bulk and I think you can get around 100 of them for $15.

About the temping, you aren’t supposed to start mid-cycle anyways, so no worries! Start the first day of AF (if she shows) and go from there. Have you read TCOYF? If not, I’d recommend it before you temp. That was how I got started and it was really helpful.

@Yellow.Clover:  TCOYF makes it really easy to understand, and I was complete charting noob when I started reading it. You’ll like it I think. Can I ask why you’re on Clomid? I’ve never taken fertility  medications so I apologize for being unfamiliar. Hang in there lady…you’ll get this figured out!

@Yellow.Clover:  O pains are a tough way to confirm O and I wouldn’t rely on them. I would try a couple months worth of charting/OPKs to make sure you are Oing because those methods will be much more reliable. I know that everything changes with PCOS and I can’t speak to the specifics since it’s something I don’t have, but lots and lots of ladies with PCOS go on to have healthy babies:) I think charting would really do you some good.

Temping actually helped me calm down a little bit. I was super paranoid about having fertility issues since my Mom had really bad endo, but temping to confirm O put my mind at ease and I can be kind of a paranoid freak! I don’t think it will make it worse. If anything, it will give you an accurate picture of what you body is doing and let you know whether or not you’re going to need some additional help. It’s a good thing:)

@Yellow.Clover:  I temp, and did the wondfo OPK’s last cycle for the first time – they made me nuts! I was so concerned about my water intake, when to do them, if they were + or just almost positive. It was exhausting. They honestly totally stressed me out – I decided I won’t be doing them again and just sticking with charting. My cycle was super long last month and I do attribute some of that to the self-induced OPK stress! If you are able to temp, I’d certainly recommend it – it has been a total life saver for me. 🙂

@Yellow.Clover:  I was convinced the OPK’s scared my egg into hiding for 42 days…. LOL!
