@mintchip: Why not order these products through your photographer? That way you are sure they come out perfect
If you don't want to pay the high prices for an album through your photographer, I would check out Adorama Pix. I ordered a honeymoon album through them and was really happy with it. I think a few bees have also used AdoramaPix fortheir wedding albums--just search "album" or "Adorama" and you should get a ton of hits.

My destination wedding has taken place, and our photographer will be sending us the images electronically.
What are the options for ordering hard copy photos? Are there sites you'd recommend who will take digital photos and make them into a book? I can google some options, but I wouldn't know what quality these sites offer.
We are thinking about ordering one really nice book for us, two for our parents, and a few smaller, simpler books for siblings.
