Hello everyone.  My wedding is so far off it isn't even funny, in fact we have not set a date yet.  But I'm already worried about my colors, I know I want orange, bright orange!  But what else?  Anyone else do bright orange?  Any ideas?

Also I have not pick out a place to venue, but my family Church has bright red carpets any ideas on how to make that work?

We did a boat load of colors, but bright orange, yellow and red were our mains. Bright rocks, and the orange was fantastic!

I love those colors together - so fun! If your church has red carpet already, I'd downplay the red in your accents since you'll already have so much of it. You want it to be subtle - so I'd say you should definitely use lots of white or other neutral colors to balance it out.

Orange and pink go great together.  And orange and purple (deep purple). The color in the photo might be too bright.

Those are both sooo fun!  I think it will really depend on where we have it.  If we go for the church mskalinin your idea would be perfect, or if we have it outside the bright orange and deep purple like stephinPA might just be amazing (and enough to shock our older guests)

I'm going with orange and black (though we're only going to be using the orange in flowers and men's ties - the dresses and tuxes will be black) and my church (along with EVERY church in my area) has ugly, red carpeting.  I love red, but the red carpet is just...bad.  Don't worry too much about making it work.  Red carpet is so prevalent in most places that people are probably used to seeing it with all kinds of color schemes.  Plus, you'll only there for a short amount of time, unless you're planning on a long, strenuous ceremony.  Good luck setting your date!
