Orange Theory?

You don’t weigh that much, so I think that might be why you weren’t burning as many calories. If you’re pretty fit already, that could explain the lower heart rate.

These are just guesses, though. I have know idea how the Orange Theory thing works or what it is.

I’ve personally never done it but I have a male friend whose a bodybuilder and he loves it.  He’s “totally addicted”.  I didn’t realize it was that expensive!  Seems like an awesome workout though.  Not sure it’s worth $90/month…

citysparkle:  I’ve done it a few times and I liked it. I’m not sure if I want to get a membership though because it is expensive and I’m afraid that I’ll get bored with it. I’d love to hear whether or not you think it’s still interesting after going for a while.

I’m willing to bet that the other people in your class weren’t as small or as fit as you and that would explain your lower heart rate and calorie burn. The smaller you are, the harder it is for you to burn calories. As long as you are pushing yourself, I wouldn’t worry too much about that 🙂
