I haven't thought of ours yet, but perhaps post your list and maybe we can see if there is anything you haven't thought of.

We're having a fairly untraditional wedding, but here's what we've come up with so far.

    3:00-3:30 - Ceremony

(we leave for pictures from 3:30-4:45)

330-345 - Lawn games start, light appetizers and punch served

500-700- bar opens, appetizers start - games, impromptu speeches, mingling

7-730 - Any formal speeches etc (undecided what to do here yet)

    730-830 - dinner

    9pm - cake

    9-11- games, dancing etc

@tooth, I love the lawn game idea while you take pictures! That's such a good idea!

9:30 - Cars pick up wedding party
9:45-9:55 - First look and a couple photos
10:00 - Final interview at registry office
    10:30 - Ceremony starts
    11:00 - Projected ceremony finish
    11:10-12:00 - Photos
12:00 - Drive to reception venue
12:40 - Projected arrival time at reception venue
12:45-12:55 - Quick bite to eat for wedding party. Double check all details are ok (that'll be mainly me being overly worried I think)
1:00 - Guests start to arrive
3:30 - First dance (maybe)/Cake cutting (if no first dance - if there is a first dance then the cake cutting will follow that)
5:30 - End of party, start to clear up
5:45 - Call cabs for wedding party
6:00 - Out of the venue to the hotel!

I have a friend who'll be supervising the decorating of the venue during the morning. I'm kind of hoping the photos won't take that long and we'll get there with more time to spare cause now that I look at it all together it's not as much time as I thought!
