I use www.worldwidechocolate.com and I highly recommend them. I'm all about Valhrona chocolate after reading up on chocolate quality (hint: Ghiardelli's not gourmet, haha) but my Whole Foods doesn't carry Valhrona or baking chocolate of Scharffen Berger, so I order it in bulk online.
They have non-baking chocolate, too, so check them out!
