Vistaprint is always one of the cheaper options.  You can upload your own photo and create a message inside.  Plus they are ALWAYS having sales.  Sign up for their emails and they’ll send you promo codes like, every day.

We ordered our invitations from Invitations by Dawn, and thought the prices were pretty reasonable.  The site does carry thank you notes and has some photo options.

Here are a couple examples: http://www.invitationsbydawn.com/Wedding-Stationery/Thank-You-Cards/2657-DW14949FCAMNT-Filigree-Monogram–Amethyst–Thank-You-Card-and-Envelope.pro

The price for low quantities is higher than if you were to print them through some other services, but if you need a bunch, or aren’t feeling creative enough to design your own card around your picture, this is a pretty good option, IMO.

@HisNightOwl2014:  That’s a good point, any (big chain) store with a photo lab usually has options for printing photocards.  Walmart always advertises the photo-Christmas cards with the kids on Santa’s lap.  They have the capabilities, and already have some wedding note thank you templates.  The online photocenter shows that the cards are $1.42 each for folding cards and $0.67 for flat cards.

I used  Zazzle.com for my invitations. I’ve used them before for business cards. I like their products.
