I totally know where you are coming from. I ordered my wedding dress online and what helped me if that the company (person) I ordered it from was constantly in contact me with.
I would suggest emailing the company to see how prompt they are at responsding to your questions. This may help gauge their customer service and help you decide if you want to use them as a vendor.

So.. have found a dress i really like. Problem being it is a company out of England. They will make the dress to mesurement, and the dress looks beautiful and is pretty reasonably priced. I am worried a little about buying online, especially from a vendor i have never heard of. They take pay pal which i should be able to get my money back if they don't send the dress correct. Honestly I have only ever ordered from amazon and places like that.. how safe is online ordering? What things should i watch out for.
