Ive been reading up on so many organic beauty products lately but the only one Ive tried so far is Argan oil which I really like and ive heard in 5 months of continued use you really see results.
I am writing this post to see if any of you bee’s have ventured into organic beauty products and can give a review of what you tried and if its working. Im always game to try something new.

Raw honey is an amazing face wash, and you can;t get more organic than that. 🙂 And tea tree oil is great as a spot treatment for blemishes.

I love the Desert Essence line. Coconut Hand Lotion is amazing. As well as their face wash, moistrizer, face scrub, tea tree shampoo. All have been great. My daughter is 14 and had a little bit of acne. Nothing horrible but horrible enough to her. After using the face wash a week her skin is perfect. No pimples! I know it is the facewash because she is already religious about washing her face and other stuff did not help. Their stuff is available at Whole Foods or online.

Have you ventured into trying organic makeup as well? I’m a dedicated cruelty free and eco oriented hair & MUA in NYC, and there are quite a few brands worth checking out (was just part of a twitter panel on it last night! search for #wmnhealth):
Christopher Drummond Beauty
Josie Maran (argan oil infused)
