My FI and I are renting a camp for a fun weekend/destination wedding in the Texas Hill Country. There are some deluxe accomodations available (which we intended to reserve for VIP guests like MOG, grandparents, etc.), but most are "elegantly rustic" cabins with 4 bunk beds each. The price per guest and per night ranges from $75-$145 for the limited number of nicer, private rooms; and the regular ones are $55pp for 5-8 guests in one cabin, $65pp for 3-4 guests, $75pp for 2 guests and $125 to rent an entire cabin for one person. My questions is this - how do I organize the sleeping arrangements? I can't have guests pick their own cabins. Certain guests should be kept away from each other and many cabins need to be reserved for handicapped guests, large families with small children, etc. How do I charge people? How do I word this in the invitations/wedding website? Thanks all!

We are also renting out a camp and I'm so excited about having everyone on the grounds for the weekend but I'm running into some issues, like you, with the cabin assignments. I decided to put a link on our wedding website to a PayPal account so people can pay for accommodations since the camp doesn't want to be responsible for collecting everyone's payment. I just went and got a lot of pics to put on the site so everyone can get an idea of the different types of beds available. Once I have the site all together I'll post it here. I still need to figure out if I should just post on the site that I will choose where everyone is staying, or maybe they don't need to know how that process works and when they get there I just tell them they have x bunk in x cabin? We also have people that can't stay together :)
