- Wedding: October 2011
I am working on our wedding photobook (through a Photobooth software) and up to this point it’s been easy because everything is in chronological order (getting ready, ceremony, pictures). But, I’m trying to figure out how to organize the reception.
I have pictures related to:
visiting tables (giving out favours)
people dancing (lots)
The reality is these photos are taken over a series of hours. But I think if I put it in chronological of the evening, it would feel disjointed. I think I should organize it in themes (i.e. all the posed table shots on one spread, all the dancing together, etc…), but will that look too anal/OCD/prescriptive?
Would love your thoughts.
Also. how long was your photobook? I’m guessing ours is going to be around 130-140 pages. Is that crazy long? I have 1300 pictures and many of my pages have one picture of the page.
