I figured it out, but those last few steps are horribly confusing for me....I am at work, I wish I had a camera to go step by step with you, maybe I can do it when I get home and post it. I got stuck on the same step as you, but eventually got it.

I refolded, and took photos of each step, with the problem steps broken down a little better. Let me know if it's still confusing, and i can try my best to talk you through it. It would be tough, but I'll try. Hopefully this helps.
