What about Downtown Disney? There are a lot of beautiful backgrounds there and on the walking path over to Saratoga Springs.

We didn't do e-pics, per se, but we do live in CFL and there are so many great places for pics...from the many local state parks, nearby beaches, to Disney, Universal and everything in between, here are some suggestions, off the top of my head:

The Disney Boardwalk is really neat. Downtown Celebration has nice areas too. My friends did their e-pics over on Park Ave. in Winter Park.
FI and I are doing ours over in Winter Garden. Our photographer is going to do a few in the downtown area and then we are moving over to a woodsy area to take some neat ones near an old barn.
Thanks for all the suggestions- we ended up going with Disney's Boardwalk and had so much fun. Hope they come out well :)
I want to do them at Epcot at all the different countries! a different pic from each country~
Our first e-pics (that were horrible) were done at Disney's Boardwalk. I love the colors there and it would be a great spot!!!
Disney technically doesn't allow engagement pictures in the park unless you book through them, but I think DTD would be great as are many of the resorts (Port Orleans or Coronado Springs!)
We had a second round of e-pics with our new photographers right outside of Disney in Celebration...really cool little town with lots of great spots for pics!

Friends of mine recently had their e-pics done downtown on Church Street by the train tracks and in front of the fire station. They were amazing!
We actually did end up using Disney's Boardwalk thanks to some suggestions here as well as from my photographer. You can see the results on her blog at www.Kristenwynnphotography.com
