What a cute frame! I really like that idea, my only thought is that if you're thinking that they could maybe hang it from their tree as an ornament....do you think it might be too heavy for the branches? That's my only thought...otherwise, I think it's a really cute idea!
Definitely a cute idea -- I'm such a Christmas-aholic, so I'd love this idea! Maybe you could even consider a DIY photobooth, and encourage guests (though a small sign?) to use the pictures from the photobooth in their ornament frames?
I think it's a nice idea. I know some folks prefer "designer" trees, but for me I like to have memories associated with ornaments. I remember getting some as gifts, making some as a child, where I bought others, etc... and it's a great way to give a small memento that people will associate with your wedding and look at each year. Your question: would I like it? Yes!!
Honestly , it would not be something I would be likely to keep. BUT thats just me. If you like them and can afford them I say go for it!
We are having shot glasses since we collect them. The reason why we chose them was because they are useful in some way.
I love Christmas ornaments and Christmas in general. I don't know how much I'd be feeling the frame though, it looks kinda heavy. I say go with it if that's what your heart is set on, I'd appreciate it nonetheless.

I like the idea of an ornament as a favor, but they're pretty expensive. I was thinking of getting a placecard frame and taking the 'stand/leg' off of the back and then tie a red ribbon at the top. It could serve as a placecard holder, but then they can take it home and put any picture they want in it.
