Pretty ring. I have a Tacori, but my band has diamonds on it. It is still relatively simple, if you wanted to see.

I have a Verragio and I’m planning to get a plain band and a twisted rope band like this:

I’m not a fan of pave stones or a crazy amount of sidestones/diamonds so my Verragio is relatively simple. I have the D103L.

memorieslff:  SO pretty! Like the PP, I have a Tacori ring, but my band has diamonds on it. I love how it looks together!

memorieslff:  That’s exactly what I thought too. I plan on doing a stack so the plain band and rope band should go okay with them. Otherwise I’d do a band like this. I saw it when I bought my ring and I like that it’s dainty.

I have a verragio that has scrolls in the inside and recently tried on wedding bands. The wedding I ended up wanting to go with also has the same scrolls but the woman at the store made an excellent point the wedding band will cover the scrolls on both rings and you wont see the detail.

So i am ordering a band to wear alone and a band to wear with my ering.

Band to wear alone

Band to wear with ering ( low profile so you can see the inside detail of ering still)

and ering

Also I dont want to wear down the diamonds in the scrolls with them rubbing together. Hope this helps!

memorieslff:  The lower profile one looked good and was more pratical for everyday wear but to wear it alone was a bit plain, thats why I am getting the more ornate ring to wear.

I guess what I meant was you couldn’t see it from both sides like you can with the low profile one . I wish I had a picture with both on to show you

memorieslff:  My Tacori may not be as ornate as the setting that you want to get, but I think it’s not too blingy with my half eternity wedding band. 🙂 Not married yet, I took photos of my wedding set to see how it would look. My band just doesn’t sit flush because the basket on my setting is too large. Originally I had wanted to avoid a gap but I kinda like it now.

memorieslff:  Yes exactly what I meant ( sorry hard to explain without pics together). Don’t get  me wrong you could wear them together I am just chosing to go with a simpler band to highlight the ering.

The twist ring was not at all what I thought I would pick but I tried it on and it was amazing

memorieslff:  Honestly it depends on your hands as weird as that sounds. I have larger fingers ( size 8.5) and the smaller band all on it’s own seems very, I guess flimsy would be the word. With the ering it looks great though compliments nicely. I would say if you have smaller hands that band would work just fine standing alone.

If I didnt have the budget for two wedding rings I would go with the thin band since that is what looks nicer with my ering.
