Ostrich feather centerpieces, anyone use or see them in real life

I am planning on doing ostrich feather centerpieces. They are looking to be more expensive that I had expected, but I already fell in love so I’m not changing my mind. The 24″ Eiffel Tower vases are $12-20 each. But luckily I found a rental company near by that rents them for $3.50 each. The kits can be found on Amazon and other sites. They include the floral ball thing and feathers that just stick into the ball, then the ball goes into the vase. You can also get battery powered lights for inside the vase and ontop of the feathers.

When I do my centerpieces I will post any hints or tips. But so far, I have only researched.

Allyg:  You are having trouble narrowing down a centerpiece, aren’t you?

Ostrich feathers would fit your Hollywood glam, but they can also be expensive.

I think you may be overthinking this. The wide vase in your last thread with the pink beads and pillar candle is lovely. Just eliminate the extras she piled around it and substitute a few votives.
