Check out Luly Yang for some great alternative dresses.  I had lustful dreams about one that was a light gold floor length dress covered from waist to floor with feathers!  It was way out of budget, so I never looked back.

I actually went shopping there ejs. It was so fun to be a princess for an hour! When I booked, they actually told me that if I wasn't willing to spend at least $2500 then I shouldn't even bother booking.

I lied and wasted their time... but what fun!

I LOVE offbeat wedding gowns!

One of the finalists of Project Runway a few years ago designed a wedding gown with a skirt completely covered in feathers. All the critics LOVED it! Me too!

Oh, this is really just an obsession now...

Of course, never say never, and I am still in search for that perfect wedding dress! These dresses can be for the reception/rehearsal/after party/just for fun/etc.!
