I’m stumped and uninspired. I took inventory of what I have, 2 frozen chicken breasts or a pound of frozen hamburger, some canned tomatoes, onions and bell peppers, various frozen veggies, canned mushroom soup, boxed stuffing mix, instant mashed potatoes, eggs, grands biscuits, and half a bag of shredded chedder cheese.
So, what should I make?

You can cut onions and chicken, cook it, then pour the canned mushroom soup on it. Serve on pasta or rice. 10 minute dinner.

Hmm…I’m also stumped too, tonight. I took out chicken but now want a meatball sub–don’t know where that came from. Do you have garlic and spices? I do chicken with canned tomotoes, garlic, basil and oregano and it’s awesome. The bell peppers would probably be good in there, too.

yeah-i have garlic too, and just about every spice there is. I think I also have some rice. I think I am just going to throw a bunch of stuff in a casserole and see what happens.
