There is a dry cleaner in town who completely DESTROYED my gown. They claim to be a reputable business but DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR GOWN! If you want to make an informed decision about who to have handle your gown after the best day of your life is over – please get in touch with me. I’m not here to plug one business over others – but I can give you a recommendation of who to use and not to use, and if you want to see real FACTS about the quality of service – I’d be happy to show you, so that you can make the best and most informed decision.
When I say DESTROYED – I mean ripped, tattered and completely ruined beyond repair (and don’t expect them to assume responsibilty).
My heart is completely broken right now.

This is every brides nightmare… I am so curious as to who they are, I will make sure to never recommend them to any clients or friends.

I am so, so sorry about your dress. How can they destroy it and then just wash their hands of it!? I hope you found a replacement dress that you love.

Which is why I get anxiety attacks when I have to leave my dress with a seamstress/dry cleaner. I’m so sorry that happened. Hoping for the best for you.

I honestly don’t think this dry cleaners deserves to not have their name put out there! I hope OP decides to tell us who did this. I can’t even imagine what she went through.
