There is no harm in starting a new thread :-) However, there is one on the Chicago boards already...
oh yes, that's were I got it from.....most responses were 2010 and 2011 OLD. Would love to see upcoming 2012 and 2013 :)

You can probably see that I have some spots still open... and I'm only about 8 months out! Eeek!
Is there somewhere we can compile this information for future brides? And maybe include our final reviews as well once everything is over and done with?
@girlanachronism:maybe go back to this thread once the weddings are over? I really like seeing info for local vendors!
I'm still pretty far out from my wedding day but I've got a few vendors secured.

@MissNumbers: I LOVE Blu Couture... who is on your list for photography?

@RR: We are looking at Misha Media, Miller + Miller, & Yamashiro Studio. I'm not having much luck finding a photographer. Hopefully one of these will pan out.
@MissNumbers: We did our e-pics with Miller + Miller... we love them!! They are booked on our wedding date, though :( We contacted Misha Media, as well.
We also have a few more on our list. We are not having very much luck either, if we could go with Miller + Miller we would. I am having a hard time because I am comparing all the others to them!
Miller & miller just told us they were booked for our date.
Why didn't you chose misha media? I think they are our top choice at this part.
@MissNumbers: We haven't met with them, yet. Their associates are the only ones available for our date and can work with our budget. So... we'll see!

Hey all you Chicago bees! I saw a post that's been going around some of the other local message boards and I thought I'd start one up here, too. Since we've all likely done a lot of research before choosing our vendors and ceremony/reception locations, I thought we could share those that we are going with for different things. I hope this is helpful and fun for people to share!
