Let me know if you want some exercise tips! Not sure how to help you with the picture thing because we are in the same boat. We plan on doing less posed pictures and do some more candid type shots (playing on a playground, kisses, etc). Hope that helps!

Aww, thank you futuremrsreed. I guess... it's just, I have photos where I think I look really nice, and these aren't some of them. What if I don't look my best in our wedding photos either? :-O I think I look okay, but... I want to look beautiful!
(And I need to teach fi to LOOK AT THE CAMERA lol! He was all into gazing into the distance because he didn't know where to look/what to do. I tried to tell him, he either needs to look at ME or the camera... he tried though, he doesn't super love photos :) )
I think the two of you look adorable! Next time you take photos I'm sure you'll be much more comfortable, plus you'll be so busy and so full of bliss you'll probably forget all about the cameras on your wedding day!
Um yeah I love these!!! The last one is my favorite, the pictures are so intimate and gorgeous.
I totally expected one of those posts where I would have to find a good balance between constructive and encouraging, but those are adorable, and you look wonderful! I honestly can't see awkwardness.
One thing that might make you feel better, though - my photographer stresses having a glass of wine before pictures, if you drink, because it relaxes you just a little. It might not make a difference in how you look, but you'll feel more relaxed.
Oh my gosh, those are so sweet! I love them!!! I don't see at all what you're seeing. I think the both of you look so happy and in love. I adore the sort of "spring" tone to them, they make my heart feel fuzzy!
No worries!! You're being way too critical--I know I was with my photos (guilty!) But you two look so carefree and sweet. I'd be really happy with them!

I think they are very romantic and sweet! I def don't see ANY awkwardness! Granted I don't know you :) but you look like you're being yourselves/natural which I really dig in engagement photos. I especially like the ones in the grass!

I love how honest they feel. You don't look awkward at all! Take it from someone who is known to take an awkward photo or two...or more. ;)

Ohmygosh, they came out great! I think you might be being hypercritical of yourself, I'm the same way. But these pictures are FAB. I don't see any "saggyness" but if that's something that's bothering you, you have some time to fix it. No biggie! :)

I think they look awesome. Just remember that we are our worst critic and e-pics are different pictures than we are used to seeing ourself in (we are not staring at the camera smiling etc.)
I hated my e-pics too because I hate my profile and most of my pics were profile pics (we were staring at each other) but all my friends and family LOVED and RAVED about them. So I have come to terms with them and know I like them.

Awww thank you, you guys are so sweet. I slept on it and decided I was being far too harsh. There are some that I LOVE, and the rest I like :) I finally got to show them to fi (just as well I posted them online!) and he really likes some and just likes the others. I guess neither of us are too used to photos, plus with all the AMAZING blogs around it's hard not to have sky high expectations. I can't wait to frame some of them though! Thanks so much for making me feel better and giving me a better perspective :)

I was so excited to get these! They make me worry for the wedding photos though - not because of the photographer, but because of ME! Both fi and I are on the awkard side, and I feel like that shows in the photos. Plus I just didn't look very good - it was really windy and my hair was a mess, plus I feel like my new office job is starting to have a real impact on my shape - lots of soft saggyness :(
Anyway.. I thought I'd share :) Would love your comments/feedback.
