Yes! Technically, my sister got our first one for us for Christmas, but our first official "wedding gift" came from UPS the other day! So exciting! =D
no i was super stoked!! it's exciting!! wait until you come home to boxes at your front door every day, it's the best! now on to write TY notes...
so funny you say this- I am like sooooo checking and waiting for our first gift to be purchased :)
Hahaha we just sent our invites out last Friday. I have already gotten some rsvps back! :)
But I have been checking our registries regulary to see if anyone has bought anything yet, haha.
I will probably be super excited when it happens though! :)
I remember when it was at the 100 day mark, and now it's almost 60 days till I get married. I am like "Wth happened to those 40 days!?" It is going by super fast!
@Bellini- That is something I would totally do, haha. But I also read somethign about 999 being the real evil number, don't know if that is true or not. Hmm...I am weary of both.

Yay!!! Our first one got bought last weekend and we got it the other day :) Isn't it the BEST thing EVER seeing that fulfilled/purchased on there?!
FI was *so* confused when we came home and there was a BB&B box at the door. 'What's that?!' me: 'I think our first wedding gift'. him: 'What?! People send gifts already?! And directly to the house?! WOW!'
After we opened it all up he said 'this whole getting married thing was an awesome idea I had'.
Hahaha!

@Elarissa: oooh! how exciting! do you know what it was that was bought?
@Elarissa: Date twins, and we just got our first gift in the mail yesterday. I was so freaking excited! :)
@MrsEToBe we have had a few purchased now, the first was our silverware, knife block, and a pillow.. since then the other pillow was bought, a blender, pressure cooker, and the other matching pillow.
This weekend the platter from our china was bought but it's not on there anymore so I guess it was returned?
I am totally a registry stalker.
We haven't even sent out our invites yet so I'm supprised so much stuff have been bought! (Apparently April 1st turns into April 11th really fast.. FI and I are not doing ANYTHING tonight until the invitations are at the post office!)
i totally stock my registry! and people are like 'you shouldnt do that! it wont be surprised!' but serioulsy, i PICKED them out - it wont be a surprise if i get the pots and pans i spent hours choosing.
we got a flood of gifts for like a week. then nothing for about 2 weeks now. so thats a bummer.
@teamkogi:haha yeah. It's hard not to check.. I was completely mortified though when my mom mentioned it at the bridal showers FIs family threw for me :S I think its one of those things everyone does.. just no one talks about.. haha.

Did anyone else get super excited when that happened? It's making me realise how close we are getting to the wedding! Invites are going out this week... it's ALMOST here! 74 more days until I marry my best friend! K.. now it seems far away again.
