glad it went so well! love your inspiration pics...the first is my fave.
I love that they use fruit as fillers for the cylanders and cubes. One of my favorite looks and way under-used in my option! Looks like they will be doing beautiful work for you :)
wow..the pix look great=) i love hydrangeas and would like to have them incorporated in our wedding also...btw, how far is the florist from philly??
Beautiful! Glad your meeting went well :) I'm really liking that calla lilly inspiration pic!
Hi Melv they are right outside Philly in Bensalem on street rd...and today they sent a lovely vase with roses to thank us for coming!
My sister is actually using this same concept for her centerpieces....we will be DIY-ing it. She will be using lemons instead of limes. Her colors are black and white, with yellow as the accent color.
We are going to try and re-create this using clear containers of varying heights/shapes....
Looooove the 3rd picture! That is SO playful and beautiful!
@DMarie...and think of how fresh those limes will smell. I really like the first one b/c it looks rustic (country girl here). I like the last one you posted b/c it looks simple and crisp. Any of those choices...or maybe a combination would look really nice.
I live in the Philadelphia area and am sooo excited to see what these florists have to offer! Who are you using....the arrangements are great!
Hi Weaver
Were using Flower Girl Florist in Bensalem. Im actually using lemons too...I took in some lemons photos like the one JamaicaBride posted I love that one! Our colors are blue (tealish) and yellow! I just really liked the way these centerpieces with the lemons and hydrangeas looked and couldnt find any with lemons and hydrangeas. I love the first one too with the whole limes and the last one with the cut limes. We will be using cut lemons in all of the vases, but some small and some tall...the tall ones will have the twigs and butterflies in them!! So excited to see that! Thanks girls!
I love the calla lilies too they just look so classic and elegant. He actually asked me if I wanted daisies or yellow roses instead because calla lilies are expensive...but those flowers dont speak to me like the calla lilies do! And its only one day that you get married and get to go all out if you can!! :)
I love your inspiration pics - hydrangeas are my favorite! I'm getting married on the same day as you, and have my first florist meeting this week, so you've reassured me about my timeline :)
