Congratulations and great pics! You two look like you had an amazing time. And seriously, lobster and bacon sounds like it might be the best accidental breakfast in the world! FH and I are also planning on diving (TONS) when we get down there in about a month. I'd ask how the water was, but I know it was beautiful. :)

@KLP2010: we stayed at the cozumel palace, it was amazing and i would reccomend it to ANYONE!!!
@DeepBlueDiver: take it all in, it was our first real vacation alone. so much fun and the water was amazing!! take a window seat when you fly in if you can, it's a stunning veiw right before you land! and don't go to jimmy buffets or senor frogs unless you wanna pay out the butt, jimmy buffet margarita-$11, senor frogs 12oz beer - 4.25!! have fun and congrats!
@bakerella: yeah, the whole lobster and bacon part was hilarious, the room service waiter was all proud when he brought it up... so i just smiled and let them think i really wanted lobster.. ha ha

so we got married saturday june 5th, and left for our honeymoon sunday afternoon. after driving the 1 1/2 hours to drop my step-son off with his mom, we headed to our hotel in denver, we decided to stay in denver because our flight for cozumel left out at 6am!! we dropped our stuff off and headed straight to dinner with my sister, her fh, my sisters dad and his fw(?)... had dinner and drinks and back to the hotel we went.. we flew out of denver and had a layover in houston, we checked to see if we could have our seats changed bacause they were not booked together for some reason and that was done! when they called for boarding they called the usual.. first class and blah blahh blah, then they added 'and all military personel, no need to be in uniform, just show your id'.. bingo, we showed are boarding passes, which they took away, and issued us new ones... FIRST CLASS!!! yay, off to a great start
and we made it, safe and sound in cozumel, while we were there we went scuba diving, swam with the dolphins, hiked throught the mayan ruins, and were pool bums for days! here are some more pics!!
and lets not forget, the morning we were leaving we ordered on last room service.. i asked for 'lotsa bacon', which apparently isn't a word they know in mexico... they brought me lobster and bacon... i can see where the confusion came in though!!
