I like a lot of things about it!

I love this page and the last page and the cover!

We have a page that’s really similar and it’s one of my favorites.

One thing I really don’t like is how you mixed black and white and color pictures and put them right beside each other. I think it’s a bit confusing visually to switch back and forth. I’d do either background black and white and front color or all color or all black and white on a given page.

Great job though! I still haven’t done my adoramapix review with pictures of my book 🙂 Need to do that!

@stokieGal:looks like it’s a white background, what dimensions is the book? 8×10 longways? landscape I mean

Honestly, I would add more pages and make the reception pictures bigger and not so cluttered on those few pages, it seems too busy and kind of dizzying to me….

Maybe you could do an all black and white page of the reception, and then an all color one, but yeah, it seems a little cluttered

I think you have a lot of great photos but agree that it’s crazy crammed together. Also I really really dont like the mix of black and white and color on the same page/cluster.

BUT!  The pictures are great, it’s going to be a beautiful book no matter what!

I know how much work it is to piece together your own album!  I think you did a GREAT job, but I must admit that I like the pages that have fewer photos.  I always go back to the quote “less is best”.  Good Luck!!!

@Mrs Hedgehog:oh right i saw to sections as one page not each as a two page spreads, even after i read your post i still didn’t take it in…. it’s midnight and i’m getting tired. i really do like you book as is, the ceremony is definately stronger, i love the full page photos with small inserts, i agree that two of the reception pages are overloaded slightly. But you can see the effort that as gone into making this book.

Wow! I love it. I may have to make one for my husband for Christmas (when we get some money to spend on photobooks!).

I am very impressed with the photos, but I agree less is more on the page would be better. Good luck & congrats!

Yes!!  Much, much better!  You can focus in on each photo now.

What program/website are you using to create your photo album?  When I created mine on Picaboo, they allowed me to change the color of photos.  See if that feature is available and maybe you can change some pics on the page so they are “uniform” (all color or all black and white).
