I feel your pain.  Our closing got pushed back like 50 times before we actually closed.  It is hard to take at the time, but trust that it will happen in due time!

Good luck!! What is the reason it keeps getting pushed back?

@BluePeaches:  i’m glad that you finally closed.  that mortgage processor should not have a job imho.  complete incompetence.

i would deal with another company next time.

good luck in your new home.

@BluePeaches:  Yay on getting it done!  I can’t believe that after having you deal with someone else, they put her back on!

We had some small delays with our underwriter so we just moved conditions on the house with 1 small thing our underwriter hadn’t confirmed yet, but they were affected by a state of emergency so it was understandable!  Even still, it was us giving them the info on a Thursday evening and hearing back the following Tuesday instead of the next day.

@BluePeaches:  You’ve got a lot going on!  Good luck with the job hunt!  I’m actually looking for a new school to work at closer to where I bought my house as well… I dread the hour long commute.

I’m here about 2 weeks and have gotten quite a bit accomplished.  I still need furniture for my bedroom, the spare bedroom, our what we call “fun” room as opposed to “family” room, and window treatments.

I’m the type of person that wants it all done overnight lol.
