I had to wait 4 months for it, but here's the video from our wedding in Rio de Janeiro, RJ.

(And I should add when I say "my shoes" while holding my bouquet, it was part of "it matches my shoes" but they cut that first part!)

Such a great video!  I loved your veil and your hair flower- that is exactly what I want to do with mine!  Was it hard to take the veil off/make the switch?  I am so paranoid about that, without a hair dresser around!

@littlecat:  Not at all!  The hairstylist showed my maid of honor exactly what to do, and it took about 3 minutes tops.  (AND didn't mess up my hair!)  If you scroll down here:  http://irunyourun.wordpress.com/2010/12/24/formal-pictures/ you can see a picture of when she was putting the flower.  Basically make sure you sit down, while whoever is helping you is standing, so that they have a clear view of any clips, etc.

@napabridekelsey:  Thanks!!  It's a super-old church, built in 1750 in downtown Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  My dress is Karena Royale, by Maggie Sottero.  I love how it looks in motion!

@napabridekelsey:  Funny you say that!  There's actually a cannon ball that was shot there in the 1800's and it hit a marble statue of Mary that was on the second floor, and it only took her finger out (even though it fell from the 2nd story!), but the cannonball never exploded. They have it mounted on a wall now (and the statue next to it, with the missing finger).  It's pretty cool.

Everything looked so nice! You were gorgeous and your husband is awfully handsome.

That cake looked amazing...would you mind sharing some details about that?

@sueanddemetrius:  The cake tasted awesome too -- it had dulce de leche filling :)  What details would you like?  Since it's from a Brazilian baker, it might not help much, but here is a picture of it (it has polka dots all over it).  Our cake topper was $20.  Not kidding!

@bRooklynRocks:  I got it in Brazil as well, through a person my mother knows.  She actually usually doesn't even do cake toppers, just make jars with those dolls.  She would make a fortune if she could sell it on etsy.

@juliasoko:  The wedding was great, and definitely one of the most fun days of my life, but as they say:  things WILL go wrong (such as a missing groomsmen stuck in Idaho due to a snowstorm), but even then, nothing will ruin your day.
