For how many people? How far will you and your guests be willing to travel? Where have you looked and what kind of food will you be serving?

They don't allow you to bring food or drink in but their prices are pretty reasonable. we had our wedding on the beach and they have a small covered ocean front balcony where we ate dinner (about 20 guests). I loved the palm trees!
Check out your local parks & recreation departments. At lot of times they have nice gazebos and pavilions you can use for real cheap.
Around 70 people (probably less) and I would like to keep travel time under 2 hours from Atlantic City. We haven't really LOOKED because of our budget, we're doing a potluck wedding so that's the kind of food, hah. I had the brilliant idea of renting a vacation home, but unfortunately all the ones in Jersey are on the beach, and that's not for me.

Hey all, I am having a terrible dilemma,
We are having a SUPER budget wedding, we are looking for a location that's as cheap as possible, allows us to bring our own food, and allows BYOB.
We would like to have the ceremony and reception both outside and at the same location.Our wedding is going to be pretty rustic so that would be a plus!
We have a son, so it's going to be very non-traditional, more like a celebration of us becoming a family.
Our budget for a venue is no more than $700 and we would like to have it in southern or centeral Jersey, since all of our family will be coming from Atlantic City.
