@soontobemrsash:  Hi! I’m not from the area but my FI’s sister was looking into Cape May when she was engageed. I think specifically The Queen Victoria. There are also other options here – Cape May looks beautiful. http://www.capemay.com/weddings/#axzz1xazLcnRo

ETA: I’m not sure of the costs here. Just trying to help you brainstorm! Hope it helps!

Stone House at Stirling Ridge is really nice but it’s around $140 pp if I recall correctly.

@soontobemrsash:  We’re getting married at Tyler Aboretum in Media, PA.  We are having somewhere between 125-175 people.  Its a great space, we’re having both the reception and the ceremony there.  They have 5 different spots to have your ceremony.

We ended up there after seeing a ton (i tihink more than 10) of places, but none of them had a great place if there was rain.  Tyler is more than prepared for excessive heat or rainy day (our going away party was hurricaned out, our engagement party was 103 degrees and a party we threw for our bridal party -as a pre-thank you- happened during the middle of a thunderstorm.  If anyone is worried about weather it’s me! haha.  They have a permanent tent tha’ts huge and lighted and attached to the back of a stone barn which has air conditioning.

Best of luck!
