I'm worried about this too because my aisle is reallllly long and also grass! I think our best bet will be a wedge shoe or a low kitten heel, maybe flats. Start browsing zappos, if you have a Nordstrom's rack near you they have tons of shoes!
I can't vouch for these myself, but something I've heard about are these little plastic things you slip over the heels of your shoes - called Soulmates. They're talked about here: http://simplystated.realsimple.com/simplystated/2009/04/solemates-stepdont-sink-into-spring.html
Essentially, they're supposed to help keep your heels from sinking into the grass when you're outside. Maybe someone on here has used them and could give you an honest review - happy shoe shopping!
I have heard good things about Soulmates too and plan to get some.

I'm getting married outside. I really want to wear some sexy heels, but I am concerned about sinking into the grass while I am walking down the aisle. Any outdoor ceremony brides out there, what did you wear?
And I really want my shoes to be bright blue. Its my main wedding color. There are so many blue shoes! Any suggestions?
