You'll need to get A7.5 envelopes, which measure 5 1/2 x 7 1/2, for your outer envelopes. Currently, both of your envelopes are A7 (5 1/4 x 7 1/4). A7.5 are a standard size, so you shouldn't have too much trouble finding them :)

Hi hive! I need some help with invitation envelopes. Our invitation/envelope size is going to be A7 (5 x 7). We are doing a vellum envelope for the inner envelope, and then a mailing envelope in 110lb paper. I'm currently ordering samples, and I just noticed that our inner and outer envelopes will be the same size (5 1/4 x 7 1/4) -- how does this work? How will the inner envelope fit into the outer envelope if they are the same size? Do I need to get a custom mailing envelope? I know this probably sounds really clueless -- any tips would be much appreciated!
