Invest in big tubs and lots of ice and put the alcohol/other drinks in there and put them in a shaddy area so they don't get a lot of sun. That way you will have more room in the fridges for your dessert items.
for the alchol get some large metal tubs and add lots of ice...you can find these even in colors and can fancy them up a bit. You can have extra space by having ice chests *out of sight of course* and keep lots of ice in there.
Not sure for the dessert what would work best...but I bet the caterer would have some good ideas on that or even the folks who run the B&B

were having an outside wedding reception (under a wedding tent) and i am worried about keeping the food and alcohol cold. were having it at a small bed and breakfast (were doing desserts and alocohol ourself) were getting our "dinner" caterered from an outside catering company (so im not worreid about keeping that cold) but im worried about how to keep the desserts, and alcohol cold. any ideas? onsite we only have acess to 2 refridgerators. not sure if that will be enough.
